Delete branch "jfraeys/chore/gitops-docs-cleanup"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Merge #96 first (this branch is stacked on it; until #96 merges the diff below also shows its two commits).
CI validates; the operator deploys. The README, the deployment runbook and the text the promote job writes into the promotion PR still described a different system, and the staging marker files could never be created by a CI run.
Docs and text
Removed (clear-dead only)
Not removed (live or borderline, listed for a decision): scripts/verify-vaultwarden-token.sh, init-vaultwarden.sh, age-recovery-keygen.sh and the BW_SESSION paths in rotate-secret.sh/common-vault.sh (Vaultwarden/Bitwarden era; the recovery key still lives in Bitwarden), export-cloudflare-zone.sh and cloudflare-migration-setup-wizard.sh (DNS migration tooling), backup-terraform.sh and molecule-test.sh (referenced by runbooks/CHANGELOG), the secrets/backup/ and Ansible Vault branches (retired at the very end, as agreed), setup's .staging-lock cleanup (nothing else mentions it).
Verified: bash -n on setup and staging.sh, shellcheck -S error on staging.sh (docker), the promotion tests, yaml/yamllint on the workflow and manifest, git grep finds no remaining marker references outside incidents.md/CHANGELOG.md.
