fix(ci): create ~/.ansible/cp on the staging runner so Ansible's SSH sockets can bind ... 29db4f09b9

Run 444 passed plan/apply/SSH readiness, then both validation plays were UNREACHABLE with
"unix_listener: cannot bind to path ~/.ansible/cp/...: No such file or directory".
