Run 434 passed the OVH check but failed on a missing /home/forgejo-runner/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub: the runner already had a private id_ed25519, so generation was skipped. Derive the .pub when absent. Tested with a private key and no .pub, and with a clean HOME. 🤖 Generated with Claude Code

fix(ci): derive the SSH public key when a reused runner VM has only the private half ... 7656b781de

Run 434 still failed: the runner had a private id_ed25519 with no .pub, so key generation
was skipped and the module's file() found nothing.
