One-line wording fix found while verifying #251: the 'Tailnet reach' line of manage user access still said admin devices reach Alertmanager. Since #250 its UI is behind Traefik + Authelia and no tailnet port is published, so the line now reads 'SSH, LLDAP admin, Forgejo, CI cache, and web:443'. test-user-access.sh gets an assertion for it; putting the word back makes it fail (checked). Part of #251.

Deploy: ./infra deploy --tags manage_cli --limit services (after the usual staging/promotion). No other effect.

fix(manage): 'user access' no longer lists Alertmanager among the tailnet admin ports ... 86b89afaaa

Alertmanager's UI is behind Traefik + Authelia (#250) and publishes no tailnet port; the report line still named it. A test now pins the wording.
