The DR target flips once production is on OVH. New runbook docs/runbooks/datacenter-failover-ovh-to-linode.md (needs, failover steps 1-8, failback, drill gate) and inventory/dr_linode.example.yml (copy to the git-ignored dr_linode_generated.yml; added to .gitignore), mirroring the OVH DR inventory minus its OVH key override. The old runbook gets a direction note. Explicitly marked not proven until a drill restores a fresh linode-dr pair from the Linode repo alone; the old Linode production nodes must not be destroyed before that (#187). Docs/inventory example only; no code, no apply.
