For the Linode -> OVH migration (#187): the OVH module used one flavor for every node. ovh_node_flavors (map, key = base node label) overrides it per node, e.g. a small web and a larger services; unlisted nodes keep instance_type. Default is {}, which changes nothing: same data source, same flavor ids. Override flavors get one region-scoped lookup each, none when the map is empty. Linode module untouched (it is being retired). tofu validate passes; tofu fmt clean on the changed files (modules/dns/main.tf was already unformatted on main).

No apply, no state change.
