molecule-test.sh --setup builds the venv from .python-version (3.13) via uv or python3.13. If neither exists it fell back to the system python3, which is 3.14 on Homebrew machines and gave an unsupported venv (ansible-core 2.19 supports up to 3.13). The fallback now errors above 3.13 with a clear message; the Debian 12 runner's 3.11 still falls back with a warning.

Tested: simulated system Python 3.14 (clear error) and 3.11 (warning, proceeds) in a throwaway copy. The real CI runner path is unchanged.

When neither uv nor python<.python-version> exists, the script fell back to the system
python3, which is 3.14 on Homebrew machines and silently produced an unsupported venv. Error
out above 3.13; the Debian 12 runner's 3.11 still falls back with a warning.
