playbooks/rotate-secret.yml confirms with the operator, then ran rotate-secret.sh without --force unless force_rotation=yes. The script prompted again, found no stdin and exited 1 (seen live: rc=1 after 17 ms, nothing rotated). The playbook now passes --force on a real run (dry-run still passes --dry-run); its own confirmation precedes it.
