Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The webhook that wakes the provisioner is configured by hand in Forgejo and only fired on push. Today it was extended to the pull_request family (verified live: the stored events, a test delivery accepted with HTTP 202 and the listener woke the provisioner, so the secret survived the edit). This records the setting and the limits so it is not tribal knowledge: action_run_* events are not available on Forgejo 16.0.3 (the API silently drops them), workflow_dispatch has no webhook, and how to test.
