Brings the docs in line with #188, #190, #199, #200 and the decisions on #187. setup --help: each production/DR workspace uses its own tfvars by default, linode-dr and ovh-dr text, --var-file now an override. README (Terraform section): workspace tfvars, ovh_node_flavors / linode_node_types, passthrough example. docs/provider-portability.md: the end-state is production on OVH with Linode as the dormant DR provider (was 'nothing on Linode'), linode_node_types, DR sizing. ovh/prod.tfvars header: setup passes it by default. docs/secrets-inventory.md: region/instance type/image left the vault. Manifest: TF_VAR_linode_token also used for linode-dr and kept after the migration. No code changes; expiry report still parses.
