Mirror of ovh_node_flavors (#188) for Linode, for #187 phase 6: linode_node_types (map keyed by base node label) overrides the plan per node; unlisted nodes keep instance_type. Default {} is the same value as before (lookup(..., var.instance_type)), so the existing linode workspace and staging see no change. linode/dr.example.tfvars now sizes the DR nodes like OVH production: web g6-standard-1 (1 vCPU / 2 GB = d2-2), services g6-standard-2 (2 vCPU / 4 GB = d2-4). resize-node.md's 'known limitation' is replaced by how to use the override. tofu validate passes. After merge, run ./infra plan: production must still show no changes.
