feat(forgejo): add SMTP configuration for email notifications 
- Enable mailer with protocol: smtp
- Configure internal Postfix relay (postfix:25)
- Set FROM address to forgejo@git.jfraeys.com
- Use Jinja2 variable for customizable mailer_from

Enables: Password reset emails, issue notifications, webhook alerts
