test(store): extend store coverage with edge cases and concurrency 
Add tests for:
- Close: proper resource cleanup
- ConcurrentLogMetrics: thread-safe metric logging
- GetRunMetricsEmpty: empty result handling
- GetRunParamsEmpty: empty result handling
- MarkRunSyncedNonexistent: graceful handling of missing runs
