Staging run 440 passed plan/apply/SSH readiness, then both validation plays failed: The vault password file secrets/.vault_pass was not found. Removes vault_password_file from ansible.cfg and ansible-profile.cfg, the lint dummy and the Packer env var. Syntax-check of validate-hardening, web and services passes without the file. Remaining Ansible Vault retirement (scripts, Keychain, backups) is unchanged. 🤖 Generated with Claude Code

fix(ansible): drop vault_password_file from ansible.cfg, ansible-profile.cfg, lint and packer ... 95671b4b53

Staging run 440 reached both validation plays and died on "vault password file secrets/.vault_pass
was not found". No tracked file is Ansible-Vault encrypted any more (vault.yml is a transient SOPS
decrypt), so the setting only breaks runs that lack the file.
