nginx -t on the web host (output seen while running democtl destroy, 2026-10-19) warns on every reload:

conflicting server name "jfraeys.com" / "www.jfraeys.com" on 0.0.0.0:80, [::]:80, 0.0.0.0:443, [::]:443, ignored
"ssl_stapling" ignored, no OCSP responder URL in the certificate "/etc/letsencrypt/live/jfraeys.com/fullchain.pem"

Two server blocks declare the same names; nginx ignores the second, so which one serves the traffic depends on include order. Harmless for demos but it's host drift the web host's first clean ansible apply should settle.

Find the two blocks (grep -rn 'server_name.*jfraeys.com' /etc/nginx) and remove or merge the duplicate.
Decide whether to drop ssl_stapling for that cert (no OCSP URL).
