ROLLBACK.md duplicated node-failure, database-corruption, datacenter-failover and deployment, and used Linode-only commands. The parts that were unique (container stacks, Traefik certs, Authelia/LLDAP lockout, Forgejo, post-recovery checks) move to docs/runbooks/service-recovery.md with an index to the other runbooks; the test that lists non-deploy docs follows. FUTURE_IMPROVEMENTS.md loses every item marked done or stale (SOPS cutover, DR runbooks, Watchtower tiers, audit logging, cache server, wakeup, scanning) and keeps only open items, updated for the OVH move. CHANGELOG.md is kept: it is current and referenced.
